This tour was created again with the cruiser in mind. A more expanded version to include great features such as the El Dorado Gold Mine and two rail segments.

TOUR ITINERARY

Day 1
Your Premier Alaska Tours representative will meet you at the Fairbanks airport upon arrival. Transfer to hotel for overnight in Fairbanks.

Day 2
This morning, enjoy a city tour of Fairbanks. Learn about the gold rush heritage and the oil pipeline and test your luck panning for gold at the El Dorado Gold Mine. Afternoon cruise down the Chena and Tanana Rivers aboard the Riverboat Discovery. Visit a recreated Athabaskan Indian village where natives will teach you about their way of life. Your evening is open for optional activities such as Pioneer Park with its museums and salmon bake dinner. Overnight Fairbanks.

Day 3
Morning ride on the world famous Alaska Railroad from Fairbanks to Denali National Park. This afternoon, enjoy one of many optional activities as you explore the area hiking, white water rafting, helicopter or fixed wing flightseeing, visit the Visitor Center or attend the Denali Dinner Theater. Overnight at Denali.

Day 4
Morning at leisure to enjoy many of the optional activities in the park. This afternoon, travel deep into Denali National Park on a Tundra Wildlife Tour searching for grizzly bear, moose, caribou, sheep, and many other critters. Overnight at Denali. (SBL)

Day 5
Morning at leisure to enjoy an optional activity. This afternoon, board the Alaska Railroad for the continuation of the journey south to Anchorage. The train rides through the mountains and along the Susitna River. Keep your eyes open for animals or a view of Mt. McKinley, if the weather cooperates. Overnight Anchorage.

Day 6
Enjoy a morning Anchorage city tour. Afterwards, transfer to the central cruise line check in point for transportation connections to the cruise ship.

Quick tour concept - add on featured meals such as the world famous Salmon Bake in Fairbanks and the entertaining Denali Dinner Theater.
