 Welcome to the Last Frontier- a land of casual attire. While there are a few outdoor activities scheduled on Alaska land tours, the basic rule is anything goes.
If the land tour includes a glacier activity, we recommend dressing in layers. A light jacket, umbrella and hat are recommended in the event unpredictable weather arises.
There really is no need for dressy clothes while on tour. In Alaska we have a saying, sequins and tuxedoes scare the bears! This includes any welcome/closing dinners or dinner shows.
Casual clothing and comfort is the name of the game. Be sure to advise your guests to bring sturdy, comfortable shoes. |
